I dont know about you guys but I would rather pay 5k per week to demolish an area 7x7 and keep it flat each week than pay 5k for a guarden that doesnt change the fact I cany build there.

Guardens would be great if it was just adding flowers and stuff to current land like laneways but to have them in the current way which is a tyle that takes up city area and costs so much may be a negative for them rather than a positive.

I have a city of 55 people so we get our shuttle port in about 10 days. At that time I think our cost will be 110k for Hall and 25k for shuttle. As we all know the 2k income tax will give us the 110k for the hall and hopefully the structure tax pluss ticket sales will give us the 25k for the shuttle port each week.

Forget Cantinas and Hospitals and all the rest.

After all that they want to hit me with 5k for a garden not to mention exta costs for street lights and fountains and terminals... Yeah yeah we all know the list of things we will never afford until we hit around 150 citizens.

Like I said in the heading give me my Sim City Bulldozer tool and ill give you 5k a week for a flat area. Its not like it isnt possible POI's flattern terrain all the time. Which shouldnt houses in a established city radius. Why not say ok if city survives first 6 months all areas in the city radius may be flattened with the city Bull Dozzer Button.

How about this for a money sink. ( just an idea )

/raisebuilding 1 - 10

This command will raise a building up. Each level 1 - 10 costs 1000 credits and no building can be raised higher than 10.

Hehe may city would take 550k out of the game economy overnight.
