Hi everyone,
Here is my question : I'ld like to know how far from a non-player city I can drop a city hall. For example, let's say my city is 500m north from Anchorhead, can I build a city hall there or do I have to drop it 1000m away from AH ?

Dunno, but why you want to be so close? I mean a shuttle is already there. Might as well make it an adventure and move 3000m out =)
