Thread: Corellia and Housing Placement
Building our on Corellia has been a nightmare. First off theres room to put down a PA Hall next to our city hall but yet it wont put down because of a small ravine in a corner of it's footprint.
Correct me if i'm wrong but it seems like PA Halls did not recieve the same relaxed terain placement as housed recieved. But in general I feal Corellia's terain is just too hilly to build a large city on. In order for us to build a large city we would have to move off planet or have the Devs relax the terain placment alot more than it allready is.
Anyone else frustrated with Corellia's terain?

I agree totaly. Corellia is pain in the butt to build a city on. The Devs should relax housing placement some more. And the footprint of a Cantina is outrages. I cant see how we'll be able to fit all our civic structures and a Cantina or Hospital in the small city radious we have now and have the required number of citizens to allow the city to grow. The Devs didnt think this through at all I feal.
Actually, I think they did. We have 40 citizens and a cantina. We also have plenty of room for a med center, but we will have to move some houses around. Plus we have 20 other non-home structures, such as factories and harvesters. All this within a 200m radius of the City Hall. I walked around last night and there is space for at least 3 or 4 PA Halls, plus a ton of houses.
I am very sorry if this coms out wrong, but you should not blame the devs for your decision on where you want your city to be. If you wanted all flat ground, you should pick a better spot ![]()
Yeah, Elysium on Starsider is on Corellia, and its taken us two weeks so far just to test and redesign the city plan according to the gullied terrain restrictions. Its a major pain in the arse.
What are the dimensions of that Cantina, Keraway? I can't find reliable information (also looking for dimensions on the shuttleport, med center, and cloning facility). Thanks.
