The email I had this morning showed that my city updated at about 3:30pm thursday even though it didnt actually happen untill about 5 mins after I logged (according to members of the city) at about 11:30 pm

I was on when my city was supposed to upgrade... it didn't and all I got were errors when I should have gotten a timeframe for the next upgrade...
I was so burned I threw my keyboard away broke my mouse lol... I wasn't a happy camper.. errr mayor
well in my fit of rage, I somehow turned off my comp
when i relogged in the city upgraded shortly there after... I chalcked it up as a bug and let it be
