Are they data terminals converted into mission terminals (if so how)
Are they actual items I have to get from an architech (our architech isn't on right now so I can't find out)

From what I read once you get the skill to drop it, they are magically created byt the city hall and cost you 1000 to drop.

they come out of your nether regions...
btw... face in the direction you want them to face when you drop them...
they cannot be turned, moved etc after planting... only destroyed and replanted

no you crazy fools, you use the command. I dont' remember what it is, its in the other command list. They are free, you are charged for them at the maintenance time. You can pick them up and put them down, etc.

They arent free a small fee 1k i think is charged when you place it. It tells you all of the costs when you place it.
