Ok, I've looked and may have missed it, but have not seen it.

If you put i.e. a statue insdie i.e. pahall or a large house within citylimits. Does the city mx cost go up? Sorry, but I am not at home to experiment, and was being curious.

no... those items are treated as simple furniture until you actually have the skill to and do indead add beautification to your city... from the radial menu

also, I don't think you'll be able to place them inside non civic structures as city beauts they woul most likely have to go outside

No, only decorations placed outside in the city count towards that.

I have a beautiful Fountain in my medium home. They can all be placed in non-civic structures.

yes they can what I said, and sorry if it wasn't clear, is that in your home it can not be added to or counted towards a "city beautification" hence it is just furniture there

I'm toying with the idea of placing one of those huge pools in mine, with torches inside it, to create a 'sauna' look. Of course, this would drown any customer entering my shop, but....still, it's tempting.. *grins*

I put a fountain of heroism inside my medium generic. It ate two rooms. Cant have a large. As an Architect I need lots.

Cheddario is making hot tubs for people in Free Haven, dang hope he gets mine done soon, they look awesome inside the Large Naboo houses!

Actually, they do count in my town. The other day i was checking the city decoration list and there was two of the naboo head things on the list. I am the mayor and i never placed any of these yet. They were in peoples houses. I know they were in peoples houses because i had one in my house. I went and picked it up and it was off the list. I know it is a bug but it is annoying, i have some more street lights i need to put up.
