We had a great view...on a planet near noone. And a person placed an ugly heavy extractor near us. Now on Thurday when we expand, and that is in city, we are adding a HUGE tax on it. Highest possible, as to where to owner cannot possibly make a profit. Does this seam like a fair sollution? Or is there a better way?....also on another post someone sadi something about the mayor can destory things. Does that mean once the city grows thursday, we can just out right destroy it?

A mayor being able to destroy things? Never gonna happen ... that's more griefing than any harvester could be ...
And you won't be able to pitch up the property tax that high .. I think the cap is at 50% of the usual Maintenance ... and that will probably still be profitable ...
But you could either just wait until the owner redeeds it after a week (when resources shift) ... or, once you expand and have militia, if you really want to grief back, you can always attack him with your militia

You can't tax specific things. If you up your tax, everyone suffers.
