When is the city nerf going into effect. I ask because I built a city on an island, and we can fit 15 people on it. When it would expand we could add even more people to grow. Now, we are unable to grow if this nerf is enacted. This really irritates us. We were lucky to get it set on the first day even. Honestly I need to know the real deal, if the Devs can tell us. Out of anger and frustration I reported the Developers for exploint us players. So if someone can let me know what the heck is going on, when it's going on.. that would be appreciated....
