I heard that they took off caps and you can now have infinite amount of city halls on each planet?

Dont bash me its just what I heard. A Simple yes or no would suit me fine thank you

It will be like that soon. Outpost cities will not count towards the planety cap, so you can have lots of outposts, however there is still a limit on the number of cities above the outpost rank.

havent heard that...last i heard the cap on naboo, corellia, and tatooine is still 10 and that the cap on the minor planets is 25, also heard that they might relax the cap in the future or only cap the number of larger cities...

As of Friday the story was that the overall cap would go up, and that Outposts wouldn't count against the cap at all ...
