Thread: Town Promotion Possible to jump steps?
if i have (say) 45 declared residents at the end of my city's first week, do i jump more than one level, or is it always just one level at a time, meaning it'll take 5 weeks to get to the metropolis level?

The rules published prior to the release of PRC's said no, you go up only one step at a time ...
But they threw some of those rules out the window right as they published the code to the Live servers, so who really knows any more?
thanks - we have more people in town than can be registered due to radisu limits, so i wanted to be sure that we weren't missing out on expansion for the sake of a pretty layout 
and i wanted to find this out before i start moving peples houses again
