You place your city hall and guess what, the entire front courtyard is covered in dirt.....very attractive. This is extremely annoying! And city halls can not be redeeded so....guess we just have to live with dirt all up in our hall for the next couple years. Now i am not asking that you flatin the terrain around it....I just wish that dirt could notcome over the steps. I still do not understand why terrian being flattened is a bad thing. Faction bases flatten terrain even camps flatten terrain, but heaven forbid if a extermely important building in a player city is aloud to do this. I mean it just makes sense, it is just like a factional base.
