it'll be a week before I caneven place a street lamp.... it seems for the first week I'm absolutely useless...

You know what I would give to be useless right now? It's been non-stop when I log in, either from tells for city questions, or granting zoning rights, or figuring out why some people aren't registered, or working on taxes . . . I'll take a week without being able to do anything, thanks.

although I have to wonder why you're going for streetlamps first . . . . Oooh! Is there a streetlamp bonus for XP?
