As the email says, the city hall goes poof!
We saw this happen to someone today. Incredibly no one was trying to place anymore and the same folksmanaged to place a new city hall down an hour and a half later.
You really should know who your five are before placing.

LOL what a waste of 20walls ect....but im sure it happend a few times. This was my backup plan if i didnt get my hall down on day one...but i did. Also backup plan 2 was to try each day after the 7th day see if any could not make payments..but 35k is not had to get.
