Am I the only Mayor that can not seem to grant zoning rights to a citizen of our city? I have tried several times to do this and have only had it work once. It states I must be the mayor of the city....I am the mayor I just placed the city hall.

Any help is appreciated. I need educating

Second, stand close to the person and target them.

Third, type the command...there you go!
