Just wondering.. on the Advanced Guide Player Cities it says its 10 residents for an outpost.. on the guide posted here it says 5.. which is correct?

oh and also, can anyone tell me when and if the number restriction on player cities will be lifted? haven't seen anything on it yet.

Heres info on the change. Bunch of new stuff coming in the next few weeks for player cities.
