I haven't gotten it yet so I need to know how you guys get xp. Is it hard?

Each vote = 100xp. Votes are tallied at the end of the week and the exp is awarded. I sugged you read my FAQ.

is that the only way? I just want contruction skills so i can build things and give them to my town
