Thread: how do I place statues and fountains inside?
I have seen some halls with these items already...does that mean that I don't have to wait to get the fountain skill box? I'm a little confused.
Also, why the heck do you have to wait for city customization III to place a small garden? Doesnt that seem kind of out of wack?

Which recruiter will trade FP for poly XP? I checked the one in Anchorhead and it wasn't one of the XP's listed.

Okay I was told that this worked, but now people are telling me you can't trade faction for politician xp so I guess I was misinformed...

I was hoping to do this too
You drop them like furniture. An architect can build it, you buy it from an architect and simply drop it in your house like furniture. You don't even have to have the politician skill to do that. But those fountains are huge, it was getting on my nerves so I picked mine back up, heh. It was kind of funny to see it in the hall though.
