Are we allowed to start up a player city on Endor? Or are ther ejust Endorian gardens for no particular reason? If so, which City Hall is required?

The exotic gardens are gardens that were modeled after the high level planets. It lets you bring a bit of the planet back to your City. They are the highest level gardens, require the most resources, but are also the most unique. So no, you cannot build on endor, however you can bring some of its culture to your city ![]()

No cities on Endor. It's just a park feature like the Dathomiror the Dantooine gardens.

so can any garden from any planet type be set in a city on any planet?
ie: Corellian Large garden place on Lok. can we do it? Or are some gardens planet specific?

I think the high level Exotic Gardens are not planet specific. They're a bear to make, though
What I'd wonder is "How is one supposed to place a harvester to garner these resources if the Adventure Planets are No-Build?"
