Right now my city has 35 members inside the borders....

I'm really hopeing to get 1/1/1/0 on thursday when the xp comes in, but realistically I doubt I can because of the XP cap... It would be nice to know though, because I have more people I can move closer if the cap were say, 4000 or something like that... I could easily fit another 5 inside the range to get myself in a position to get 1/1/1/1.

I know that normally the cap would be at 2k, but it's been posted that the cap will exceed the normal limit...but nobody ever said by how much..

I don't think the devs realize the planning that has gone into many of our cities, and how much throwing us a tiny bone like this helps out and releives our stress.

I was wondering the same thing...guess we will just have to wait and see. No one seems to know.
