If someone votes for a mayor.. and then leaves the city..

Does the vote leave with them?

Or does it stick?

If they are not a resident of the city with the votes are counted (the time for this is listed on the city management terminal) then their vote does not get counted and no xps are awarded for their vote.

vote only counts when the timer runs out (when you access the terminal it will tell you how much time left) that is where it counts... if they vote for you... timers runs out (you get exp at this time) then they leave.. it is different story
