Thread: Goodbye and Good luck
I am thankful that I have had the opportunity to contriubute to the development of Player Cities and Star Wars Galaxies. I am thankful that I have had the opportunity to work directly with many of the devs as well as the correspondents. I am thankful as well that I have had the opportunity to work with you, the mayors and future mayors of the galaxy.
I wish you all the very best.

Sorry to see you go Plinka, but I understand why you would want to resign given the BS the devs have pulled/are pulling.
But we looked up to you. You have to just grin and bear it Plinka. You are a big help to the community and can help to get things pushed forward. In my mind you were equal to Nraas in being the best correspondent on the forums. Please reconsider your resignation. I know these are tough times but you are the one who is most knowledgeable.
please don't, it wont do us any good, only harm.
however, if you do, we appreciate your efforts and good luck for the future.
yes you have certainly been a vital help to all of us, but if i may ask, are you resigning the game? or just the corespondant position.
Either way i wish you the best of luck
Plinka :
I would ask you to rethink this. I understand the frustrations - as our guild is the 2nd largest on a server and did not get a city because we work - but to fix things we need champions. You have tirelessly fulfilled that role.
It is clear the developers have listened to you - and although they unlikely show it, we can see the results.
Stay around to help us all out.

Plinka, I don't know why you're resigning, but I also hope you reconsider. You're one of the best Correspondents in the game, and your input has had a significant positive impact on the development of Player Cities. I understand there have been frustrations -- I myself am dismayed to see the newly-increased requirements in the just-posted "Advanced Guide" to Player Cities, and thelast-minute announcement of a cap was inexcusable-- but Player Cities are still going to be one of the most interesting facets of the game.
Whatever you decide, I wish you the best of luck.
Count me among those who hope Plinka will change her mind and come back to politician correspondant. But if not, thank you Plinka for your service!

Plinka, if anyone ever deserved this position it was you. You will be very sorely missed. Hopefully you are moving on to better things. ![]()

Plinka,
I thought this might be the best place to post this since you won't see anything on the Correspondent Board. I understand why you feel the way you do about the situation. I would prefer to hope that "it" could be smoothed over, and you would return to the post for which you repeatedly proved yourself invaluable to the game and to your community.
If that's not meant to be, then at least know that you were respected by your peers, and will be missed. Take care in your future endeavors.
