Im wondering how many spaces are needed for the Streets and Sidewalks Etc ?
Also if anyone knows a good websight where i could get info in this and other stuff ?

As of nwo there are no streets or sidewalks. No sort of pavement

My city uses 1 box(approx. 8m wide) to make a street, with the footprints the way they are that appears to be a normal sized street. As for alleys, no boxes houses right back to back. Street lamps and stuff will be able to be placed with the footprints of houses and stuff so that is good.

I wonder where the lamp goes then? weird..
I would feel WAY better if I can put down lots.. (i.e. lots size for home..)
kinda like districting my area.. that would be nice.. overhead view of places I can zone for different things

As far as I know, streetlamps can be placed inside the footprint of existing structures. They don't actually take up a footprint themselves from what I understand.

lamposts may not take lots, but they will cost your city maintainence! Careful, it adds up fast!

A good idea we are implementing is using the streetlamps to name streets, districts, etc.
