Wouldn't you like your city to at least have one person in it while everyone in gone or offline? NPCs should be able to spawn there, better yet.. Generate NPCs that give random quests at any level of a city to give citizens something to do other then walking a couple k's back to a NPC town if you placed your city far off. I know they still have issues that they claimed they fixed long ago of NPCs in towns crashing into walls (only time cities look nice is after a server reboot) but I'm but they can place even a few static NPCs in random locations for citizens.

I just saw an interactive NPC (a miner I believe) in Wittan. It was a hoot.

When I step into town, I immediately take a couple of deliver missions to spawn the NPC's, then ignore them. Gives Tombra some more life. ![]()

I like this idea many times i find the town i live in looking like a ghost town. Since it's on dant we dont get many passer-bys either so i would like a few npc's walking the streets to make it look more like an actual town.
