Thread: Naboo on Ahazi has 17 player cities on the map... odd

So even if caps were lifted, these cities have all been around for a week in order to get them registered. I thought this was a 10-city planet... did this happen on Naboo on other servers?

Well, last I remember, Outposts didn't count agianst limit, so either people registered outposts, or maybe, with all the problems the CSRs manually booted cities past the planet cap
