I know a city can pay to have a trainer. Will a player have to pay to learn from him/her?

Or could only residents of the city not have to pay?

Thanks.

If anything, trainers should be paying the city to be in it and do buisness. Would you pay someone to live in your house?

How about this idea:

Residents pay 50% of the "set" cost.

Non-Residents pay 100%, but 50% goes to the city coffers.

The Mayor would be able to adjust training costs up or down, say from 50% to 150%, in increments of 10%.

If they are paid, since you are paying the trainer to be there, then any money paid to the trainer for skills should go to the Town Treasury, no?

I'm assuming the trainers will cost about the same amount as the missions terminals...

None the less.. they are the same concept..

Don't hear any complaints about them... or maybe the moneys the mission terminals pay out comes out of the city.... should we sak for that too???

Come on... keep things in perspective here... you can't have your cake and eat it too.
