Anyone having problems placing decorations in the city? Our mayor has customization I but it having issues with items being dropped then picked up and the dropped again. On dropping the item the second time it thinks the item is still there.

Tell your mayor not to use /pickup to pick them up - instead, use the 'Remove' option from the radial.
