Is there a way to mail all citizen? I can reach all my guildmembers by writing "guild" as name into the email, but "city" didnt worked

type 'citizens' in the send to slot

correct.

just remember that it is "Citizens" and NOT "Citizen"

i spent half an hour writing that e-mail and learned a lession from that heh.

its a handy tool

I have tried using 'citizens' in the to line, but no mail is ever sent out. Does permission have to be granted by the mayor, or is this something only the mayor can do?

maybe a miltia member but i doubt it

this is a great feature...I tested it today and it works fine (I'm the mayorof Gens Urbis)

The way I was doing it before was that I added all my citizens to my friends list, and put them all in the group citizens...then you can sort by group and mail to that group. This works way better...but that's just a tip for non mayors out there.
