I see on the city growth structure that villages (city level 2) are allowed to have player cantinas..

Does the mayor have to be a certain level or have a certain skill to allow his citizens to place those cantinas?

What about Hospitals and Theaters?

The mayor has nothing to do with it, Ifa city is lv 2 and there is a master chef/dancer/muscician that has a cantina he/she can place it, I have been inside a tatooine one and trust me its worth shellin out 5 lots :-).

Hospital is city lvl 3 and this thursday im plopin' mine in Mos Xanth, on Kettemor server, hope its as cool as cantina

Im not sure about theater

Player cantinas, theaters, and hospitals are player owned structures. The mayor just have to grant them rights to place it when you have reached the appropriate city size.

Cantinas and theatres are placed by master dancers or musicians (not sure if they let chefs drop cantinas yet).

Hospitals by master docs or combat medics

suggests that a mayor has to have a certain skill to grant permissions for those structures.

I appreciate it.. and will be glad to get those structures on the ground ASAP!
