How do theese buildings differ from a regular house? Last time i checked, we were able to heal wounds and BF inside a house.

You autoheal in them (cantina-hospital) and you can register on the planet map. Plus the buildings are are draw for people in your city.

Ok, if a master doc places a hospitol, can he surrender his skills then and it still be there? same with the cantina?

What I woul;d like to kn ow about these structures is whether or not they take up any of My lots?

I believe I read that a Cantina will take up 5 lots, and a Med Center will take up 3 lots.

If I remember correctly, the cantina/med centers give small bonuses to healing also. Basicaly healing ppl is faster in a cantina/medcenter than it would be in a house or PA hall. The auto heal is nice as well. It may be slow, but no it is still better than nothing when on a desolate planet.

I belieive wounds autoheal in houses as well. And I don't recall ever seeing BF autoheal in a cantina.
