Thread: AFK Voting, look into Roberts Rules

If you take into account Roberts Rules (who here has heard of these?), then the abstaining votes go to the incumbant. Robert's Rules are usually what's used for democractic procedures, from Fraternities, to Congres... to even hunting clubs. You can't require a citizen to be active.. nothing ever says that.. but it's a shame if they let themselves be silence then later complain about the mayor's actions.

You can download a copy of RROO of the internet. I downloaded and printed the whole thing in college when i was a student senator. Ill have to look for the copy though.
