Will they change the PRC rules on Outpost limits before or after the 1-week anniversary (Thursday) of the original PRC's?

I figure that doing it *before* (in the Thursday morning patch) would almost inevitably screw up some of the the existing PRC'svoting processes and escalations from Outpost to Village, and it would probably be a really bad idea to do it.

So, I'm saying it's about 2-to-1 that they will put these changes into the Thursday morning update, and throw the whole game into chaos again.

The patch didn't seem to lift the cap on outposts though which was part of the changes they talked about.
