Well, the word is down from the Empire. Only ten City Halls will beallowed on Corellia. Maris Paradis intends to be one of them, and sodo many others.

Which means we should negotiate.

If you are planning tostart an Ahazi player city on Corellia, we should discuss this and quick.

Maris Paradis is willing to put sections of the city under the administration of persons who intended to be politicians of a player city on Corellia. Further, we will work out with any other small cities that intend to give up their right to a City Hall and join us an attractive tax and defense package.

We don't want to end up in either of two scenarios we can forsee:

1) Getting our Hall up, but being beseiged by the jealous who did not get one. We would rather negotiate NOW from equality, than negotiate from a position of unfair advantage.

2) Not getting our Hall up, killing the most famous city on Ahazi before it began.

So I am advocating this:

REGISTER in this thread your intent to build a player city on Corellia on Ahazi.

NEGOTIATE with nearby cities, or Maris Paradis, to combine and allow as many cities to accomodate the maximum number of players.

We will have to weather this some way. I think working together beats the hell out of anonymous cooperation any day.

Maris Paradis: 4652, -2252, Corellia. Current population: 40 declared residents, 2 open houses, 25 house deeds, 30 probable citizens waiting to place houses.
