I do think that this was a very good idea to put into the game. Why? Well before someone flames, at least hear me out.

1. We don't want every planet to turn into Coruscant. We still want the wilderness so we can still place our harvesters. Also, it doesn't degrade each city as it would with unlimited or more cities. Think about that, if there were 1000 NFL teams, each would not get nearly as much attention (attention is good for business) as 32 teams would.

2. This actually gives the politician to actually do what the profession is supposed to: compete to be the mayor of a city. Say Bob is the mayor of Bobville, the biggest city on Naboo. His city is not doing well as all the citizens have to pay very high taxes and structures look bad. You come into Bobville and run for mayor and promise more business thus lower taxes. Now if there were unlimited/more cities on each planet, then you would not bother running for mayor at Bobville but would rather start your own city and clogging up Naboo.

My questions is the same as WebCo's...

If John wants to move into Joe's City to compete for mayor, how is John supposed to do such when Joe can keep him out of the city because he will not grant him zoning rights to build a house, and thus become a citizen.

/grantzoningrights is nowa Novice Politician skill I think so Joe may never be compteted with for mayor again.

Worse than that: you allow him to build, then /ban him.

End result: he pays taxes, can't access the city Hall and therefore ends up voting for you.

Best way to deal with the tall guys is to give them incentives to lick the ground. And dont look down on me that way youre not THAT taller.
