why not, when some new planets are added put in some extra planets which could just be for player cities.

maybe moons not of any consiquence in the films, just basic bog standard planets that offer lots of room for player cities, they must exist in the universe.

its not like this wouldun't happen, just look at England, its so damned small and overpopulated (for the price of a one bedroom flat in some UK citiesyou could own half of new york, well almost ) that you cant go5 miles without comin to some sort of village or town.

of course there would need to be somthin special about these planets but in reality compared to the other planets they wouldun't have to lavish so much time on the development of them.

p.s. Plinka, please remember, even though you post such horrible news, we still like yoer! have fun

New planets will most likely come with the space expansion next year. Also, the planets we already have are quite desolate at times, there really is no need for more of them until we actually fill up the ones that already exist.

You ever been to Rori or Talus. Talk about desolate wastelands (as far as populations go).

It would take them longer to patch in new planets than to go ahead with their current planned lifting of the cap on the next patch. In fact, that can be said for any change to try and address this.

I think a new planet or two would hammer the server structure more than player cities would overall. However, I will play along with the post and list some planets I would like to see:

  • Geonosis (As it wasa level in Rogue Squadron III, I see no reason why it can't be adapted into this game)

  • Kothlis (Lush, jungle with many beaches...could be a great setup for island player cities)

  • Hoth (would be more of a setup for factioned cities, a PVP planet)

  • Kashyyyk (wookiees and trees!)

  • I could come up with more, easy, but illness is pullin me down

In the future, when they some day put on Corusant, isn't that planet one big city? So maybe that is the planet that will have unlimited cities.

If Galaxies ever hosted Coruscant, you might as well blow up your computer now before lag ate it alive....

I live on Rori

I was overjoyed to read that we can finally place Naboo houses! No more drab gray blob for me!

  • Kashyyyk....I don't think the wookies would like us moving in there. They might get violent

Rori is going to go through some major changes with this I guess I won't have Narmle to myself anymore. It was almost like having my own city.

the whole reason for having such a low city cap is because they need to beef up the database and servers to support the large influx of new buildings

so no, new planets would not help
