We were told we'd have forewarning, plus they usually update the Network Status page with info on patch days. I'm voting for no.

However, I'll still be logging out at the capitol building with all the resources needed to construct a City Hall, just in case.

My guess would be thursday because they said on the 12th, which iswed.,at midnightwas the last day for mounts for everyone in the test center so i say the patch is released to the servers on thursday.

My 2 cents

I had originally thought it would be this Thursday, but no word yet. Unless you hear something official this morning, I would count on it being next week, probably Tuesday.

With all the news, good and bad, that Plinka has been kind enough to bring to us, the only news I need to hear is "when". I can forgive the Devs all their transgressions against us crafters, if they learn how to communicate better. If they drop this patch on us with less than 48 hours of warning, they can kiss most the hardcore crafters goodbye.
Anyone else here miffed by the use of "next few days" in the trickle patch message. According to my grade school years, that would mean 3-7 days.... hmmm times a wasting SOE, maybe you should have said "next several days". Always the optimist, I assume they will warn us when the land rush is about to begin. Otherwise, city griefing will become a nexessity for any aspiring politician that doesn't get one of the pre-cap cities placed. BOTTOM LINE: Give us a hard date, or tell us nothing... cause this ambiguous hinting stuff is not cool.

Agree, everyone said they hoped it woudl be this week. But given the bugs on TC I doubt they will do it this week now. Isn't tomorrow (Thursday) the Euro launch? I wouldn't think they would want to do that and patch on the same day....

Nah the patch will be Friday at 4pm PST..it will take a halfhour which will be 4:30 pm PST... The Devs will be released early Friday afternoon to goto the Dev Party and watch the land rush on 60' Plasma TVs while drinking beer and placing bets on who the first 10 will be on each of the starting cities ...This was a great hit for the Jedi thing... and the best part is they have 2 days to get over theirhangovers before they have to come back Monday and start dealing with all the annoying player /bug & /report files... Darn those players..don't they know their place...shut up, give us your money and submit to our idea of what you think is fun.

Where exactly in the message did it ever say that the patch was going to release in the "next few days"? All I got from it was that were going to be downloading things to prepare for the patch for when it releases. So that the next few days when we see downloads that arent explained in the patch changes, we wont think its stealth patches.
