I havfe looked 6 pages deep in this forum but I either missed or it is buried deep (I swear I read it only a couple of days ago) what is the command to transfer ownership of a stucture from one onwer to another? and will both or either ppl need zoning rights for this? me and a friend in a city are wanting to swap houses.

Targer person and type:
/transferstructure

Both people have to be in the house, or outside the door for it to work. Pretty sure the person doesnt need to have zoning rights either.

Just remember, you cant transfer a merchant tent, cantina, hosiptal or a theater if the person doesnt have the required skills.

Anyone try using this command in for the City Hall?

/transferstruct <name of recipient>

Once the house is placed it can be transfered without either needing zoning rights. Although as soon as it is transfered if you were declared in it you lose residency.
