and I quote exactly from my ticket:

"Greetings CSR-NormP here. You will not gain experience for each vote. You should get experience on a weekly timer for your actions. Please close your ticket if you are no longer in need of assistance. I wish you well and the best of luck with your city."

I have been waiting since THURSDAY NIGHT for this response!

Are you kidding me? We do not gain experience for each vote! Did they change something, what is this?

We had 32 people in out city, I got elected, they had all voted BEFORE the city advaced and I got ZERO politician XP and this is the response I get to my ticket.

If CSRs knew the game, we'd know it. I'd bet most of them never logged in more than a few hours.

Are you kidding me? That is the reason all these tickets were opened in the first place. SOME MAYORS DIDN'T GET EXPERIENCE ON THE WEEKLY TIMER!! Duh! I mean come on, it doesn't take that much brain power to figure that out.

This is another classic example of the total apathy and dis-intrest shown by the CSR team and CSR management..

If it wasn't so pathetic it would be funny.

He probably misunderstood what you were asking and was in a hurry to clear tickets/was unclear as to what you were saying. I would just post a comment and that you failing to receive xp when the weekly timer expired you failed to receive the xp.

Oh it gets worse so now CSR-NathanT tells me you GET ZERO XP if you run unopposed!

I was VERY clear in my ticket I was VERY clear..

thats fine and dandy, but the first week is always unopposed if I remember reading correctly. I ran unopposed and recieved all but 100 of the exp I should have. I know each person voted as I stood there with all 40 citizens.

I am sorry others got shafted

OMG what morons.... I can't wait till the csr's piss someone off enough that they sue..

They really should get rid of the boneheads they have working those shifts and let some folks telecommute in that actually care about the game enough to attempt to give a correct answer. *sighs*
