Are all of them placeable in player cities?


I've heard that BH terminals are not is this true?

All are placeable but you can not place Spynet Operatives. Im told this makes the BH terminal useless but it is placeable. Im not sure how it is useless as i have never played a BH but I am taking my citiznes word on this.

Thanks! i guess i'll have to postpone the place of a BH terminal untill this is resolved
