I went to pick them up again and hit the PICKUP button instead of destroy.
I thought destroy might take them out permantly, but it doesnt it actually removes them from the city so I found out later. Now i have on my city mantience list 6 gungan head statues even tho they are all in my inventory.
They are counting towards my total 20 decorations AND im paying for them.
How do I fix this?

I had the same with streetlamps, I solved it by using the radial menu on them whilst they were in my inventory and removed them from the city.

Yeah I disovered that trick as well, so I did it 3 times and it removed 3 of them from my city decoration list. But there are still 6 more on there!
I tried this "trick" on every gungan head statue I have (3) and when i click on them in my inventory now they dont have the destroy option anymore.

Something that may come into play here, every statue you place shows up on the terminal list as a Gungan Head statue. The default schematic for these decos is what's used in the list, obviously a bug.

No there is a placement and a maintenance cost associated with it. I think them not disappearing from structures report is to keep you from picking up all of your deco 1 hour before the maintenance is paid nad then putting them back down after, thereby avoidning paying any maintenance on them.
