Our Mayor on Naboo (same server as BT) got the exp a few mins after the city update... went very quickly for us.

Dantooine, yes i got my xp as soon as the timer went off. I was watching my terminal at the time, might have helped I don't know but as soon as the time went off I was hit by multi qualification messages. Oh and yes my city went up a rank right away as well.

From looking on the forums it seems to me that everyone on primary planets got thier XP but no one on secondary planets did... please post the following...

1. Planet of your city

2. XP or no?
