We hit rank 2 with our PA city this friday! had 22 votes but we got 0 exp! Managed to get hold of some CSR guy but he said CSR cant give back any exp at all! He was bitching about they dont have any logs, do you realy need a log? we have a rank 2 city after one week, is it possible for the current mayor to have 0 exp then?

Right now we are a week behind all the other citys on the server, my guild worked all week on this and got 0 exp.

sure, if nobody voted for you, you have ZERO. But its a bug and they not working on it. ehhh did I say "not" ? well, so far I heard no offical word that they even know this bug, so I doubt the working on it. They have more imporant stuff to do! Vehicles!!!!!!!!!

don't you know CSR's are all imps... maybe he would have been more willng to help if you werent a reb... lol

seriously, the CSR should be able to give back the xp you lost... I have read enough to know that they have already done it. but they really do need to manually check the server logs in order to grant you the xp for the number of citizens you had at the time of the cycle.

Good luck... btw... I'm certain they, the CSR's, are probably bogged down by all the mayors who missed out on 100xp.. They were alot of them and I'm almost 100% sure a very large portion of the llittle whiners all opened up AT LEAST on ticket to get their xp back. I'm happy to say I wasn't one of them... the whiners, I too lost 100xp, but it really is trivial

Maybe you should read further before making assumptions.. They are working on it, and it should be patched soon. Along with the mayor vote not counting, the cities not upgrading, and I'm sure a few other problems they have been encountering...
