How do I do it and how much does it cost?

You need to be a Master Dancer, Master Musician or Master Chef to place it.


It will be built by an architect, based on the cost of materials. Probably large house range. (not sure about that)


Your mayor will need to earn enough skill boxes to allow it in the city...so it will be a few weeks anyway.

Ok it must be placed by a master but can owner ship then be transferd to a non master?

Actually, it looks like the mayor's skills have no bearing on cantina placement.




No decay + uber loot = /spit on crafters

Fix the economy and give crafters their $$$ worth... give us real revamp.

Remember... to Cancel you have to go to Register Expansion in the Launchpad.

correct the mayor really has nothing to do with it.. short of granting zoning rights...


but I really would like to know if the structure can be transfered to a non master, or master skills be given up bu the owner.


Any ideas?

oh and it costs 5 lots to plant and 50 cr/hr plus applicable property taxes


no clue on the monetary value of the actual deed

No it can't be transferred to someone who doesn't qualify, but I believe you can give up the skill yes.
