i was walking through a town on tatooine on gorath server.. and their city had npc characters walking around their town.,.likewhat the npc cities have... there was 3.. one was an artisan.. slicer.. and cant remember what other one was.. they werent trainers.. is this something that our city will have.. or was it coincidence and just a random spawn??

This is brilliant. I'm going to tell the people in my town to get delivery missions when they aren't doing any other missions. Soon there will be 40 different NPCs standing in different alleyways and street corners! Probably a few stuck in some homes (of course)
