OK 19 citizen in my city. And today the 20th joined. Does the city upgrade will be get in action DIRECTLY or after the week then we Vote is over and Mayor get XP?

After the end of the week when the votes have been tallied is when you city will upgrade.
Congrats. Now you just have to get 35 for the next level......it is worse than grinding resources
I have another guild that want to join us :-)

it really is bad.. trying to get all these new people into our cities...
I too have started targeting guilds... even if it does cost me the mayoral seat in the future, at the moment there is a general concensus of allowing me to continue doing my job until as many services are in as possible..
Then again, I think I have been doing a pretty decent job of it, informing all citizens of changes, and trying to get voes setup etc etc.. that it may be awhile before they see fit to get rid of me lol

yeah and 55 to get to City Rank 4. That is important so we can get a shuttleport. As it stands now, I'm at 25 and counting. running 7km for a shuttle ports sucks

I just wish the radius was bigger at smaller cities. should have 74 in for next thursday giving me enough experience to go 2-2-2-1 in politician.
