I understand that server constraints and also holding planet integrity so naboo so to speak still has the appearance of naboo and not the giant metropolis of corruscant , If the issue is that player vities will stay caped on level 2 and above well then I would really like the apprenticeship points back its more an issue of fealing let down and not that I want the points back I just feel that we were very missinformed . I like many others have , with my association, been playing the game and working towards the involvement of player cities , and being a major let down on all our heads , we have our pa hall why would we want to place a useless city hall down for the added maintennance costs with no possible future of developement we placed 2500 meters from nearest town knowing that cities would be coming .
Also I for one am and will be boycotting player cities , I will not ever use any facilities or pay anything to them thi is of course my own opinion and I wish I could turn them off on my map since it is an aspect of the game that I am not allowed to enjoy .

You were told almost a week before the patch that there would be a cap...why did you take Novice Politician if you knew this?

Yes I agree that some caught the hidden notification but beyond that no one made mention to how useless the skill is without a city , gaining skill is and always will be near to impossible even if you can get a few rogue votes from some city somewhere , as the main politicians skill grows so do the reasons for voteing for him and only him ..... the skill is a dead end for 95% of those trained

the problem wasn't that there was a cap... the problem was that the people complaining didn't get what they wanted....

well.. you knew that the politician skill was gain ONLY from votes.. this information was release WAY before city patch (people been relaying them from test center and such)

I have been looking into this very carefully.. and yes.. did sacrifice 500 AP to get politician.. due to the fact that our PA leader couldn't get on.. now the city is under his control like it should and I forget my politician skill

sure 500 points is a lot and hard to come by.. but I don't think we are getting those back. we chose our destiny after all.. now on the other hand.. if 500 points just disappear just cause.. that is a different story.

I know that in the first few weeks (or months) most player cities WON'T be voting for a new mayor (unless it is a take over)... why? cause that just slows down production of other cities.
