Hi all we just set up the first player city on Talus on the Chimera server

Our mayor doesnt seem to be able to grant zoning rights is this because the city hall has only just been set up?

When they try they get an error msg saying that they arnt the mayor.

He has to be outside of buildings and inside the city radius.

I can't believe you need to stand outside to do it, although that's probably because the game can't tell whether you are inside city radius when you are inside a building.

Still, you'd think you'd be able to grant rights while sitting on a mount...I mean, how game breaking is it to be able to wave your hand at someone while sitting down?
