What about the ZERO POL XP problem?

32 people, all voted and we got ZERO xp almost 24 hours later still nothing?

I'm kind of glad our city is three days behind. It will give them time to hotfix problems like this before we have them

In our city in Radiant we have 33 citiens, our Major recieve an email that says that the city grows to rang 2, she gain the exp of votes but our outpost didn't change at village.
We send may be 3 tickets or more, waits 5 hours and nothing.
How CsR can help us if they didn't come?

Hang in there. I'm waiting for the CSR to fix our city as well. They have to pull logs and such. Hopefully be done by Monday at the lastest. We've waited 4 months for cities, a few more days shouldn't be too long to wait.

Is there a specific category for the help ticket?

There is no city category. I suggested they add one in the ticket for my city. Who knows when they'll see it.

I really hope that "contact a CSR" really doesn't mean "submit a ticket". By the time they get to it, it'll be next election, which is a holiday, by the way.

Here's the official word from GreenMarine posted in another thread on the SWG Discussion forum:

"we will be hot fixing a solution to this problem. It will prevent this from happening in future updates.

In the mean time, please contact a CSR. They have been given permission to review the problem in the log files and update your city manually. Anyone else experiencing this problem can contact a CSR, but note that we will be hand checking the log files to make sure you had the required number of people at the time of the city update.

Sorry for the problem, this was all due to a small code oversight on my part."

Very cool

For all the sh*t people on the forums give the devs, they really are trying hard to make things right. Things sometimes go wrong, that's life. I bet you there are less bugs in SWG than in WindowsXP yet I don't see all of you on Microsoft's site whining Maybe it is because unlike SWG, Microsoft does not care and does not fix the bugs until it is a risk for them

This is starting to be a joke, Send in a ticket, they have cut back CSR staff, so we are looking at most likely a 5 to 10 day wait. starting to tire of the bugs that are not tested out before they release things.
