An observant citizen of mine noticed something strange last night that I was also able to confirm -- we have an Outpost level PC on Dantooine with 13 citizens, and our city radius had been 150m radius from the city hall. This citizen had a factory just outside of that radius, and was used to seeing the "You have left" message.

He didn't get it last night going to his factory. He and I tested this, and confirmed that ourcity control radius now seems to be 175m instead of 150m. I couldn't find anything about this in the patch notes -- can anyone confirm if this is a real change or not? For example, should I be telling people to still keep their houses inside the 150m if they want to be citizens, or is that extra space "trustworthy" (ie, it was intended to raise that radius)?

the radius is kinda buggy.. I place a house at 130m (small home) got the message it was in.. and all.. then about 4 hours later.. he moved out of the radius (we lost his vote) but he came back to us the next city update to level 2.

The boundary is on seperate object I think.. for some reason this object keeps moving around.

Yes, the boundry defintitely shifts. My PA Hall and a small Naboo I own both miraculously joined the city, even though they are 157m and 165m out from the City Hall, if I remember right.

what i noticed is if the footprint is inside, its in the city, no matter how much of footprint is in, i.e only a small corner, no house

but...

if enough of the footprint is inside, i.e some of the house at least, the citizen is technically inside the city, so i assume its based on a percentage of the structure needs to be inside the city, which makes sense,

my big beef is this.... where is the center of the city hall? when i laid it, i got a waypoint automatically, i deleted that bad boy, i used the terminal to make me a new one, but that places it **edit**-eyed near the entrance compared to the center of the building as the old one, so where is the city center, and why is the terminal wrong?

I carefully kept the WP I got when creating the Hall. That said, we're still outpost (created this week), but I found ample place to put 25 people in, so I've not been concerned by the 150m limit too much.
