I have the same question. Since I'm unopposed, some of my citizens haven't been as diligent about voting this week. Do we get everyone's XP even if they forget to visit the booth this week?

my city was up before then

none of my citizens voted this week cause we though all votes automatically go to me since no one is running against me..but i havent gotten any xp..

everythign ive heard so far indicates that the incumbant mayor gets all votes, im gonna check the manual now just to be sure.

When a new mayor is elected, the old mayor loses all of their mayoral powers. Both the new mayor and the old mayor should receive emails notifying them of what has happened. All citizen votes default to the incumbent mayor.

You should get your XP even if your people did not actively vote and there's no one running against you. Remember, you will probably see no XP and no city updates, etc, until tomorrow due to the server downtime delay.

If I have a city with like 20 members, do they all have to go to the terminal and vote to get me 2000 exp,even though there is not other politician running against me? Do members have to vote every week? To get the Mayor the exp?
