Hi !

We have a city on Kauri server...

When the city upgrades,our politician didn t get the xp :/

Our politician sent Customer Service Ticket 2 days ago...and still no Answer from CSR...

He deleted it and started an other one...he makes it like that : Player Character/Experience...

It is very very annoying because we cannot place any kind of stuff in our city,like map registration or mission terminal...we cannot have our milice too !!!

Please tell me how can we contact CSR as quick as possible ,i repeat, 2 days without ANY answer from them !!

Deleting the ticket put you at the back of the queue. On Radiant the two times I have had to use a CSR took about 4 days each to answer the ticket.

Not to mention most of them are on vacation right now until Monday.

Just calm down, keep the ticket open, took them about 4 days to get to mine.

I wouldn't hold out much hope if i were you... I've submitted many many a ticket in my time and have never gotten a response to a single one... No one responds to those things... Wish I could help you more, but don't get your hopes up... The service in this game is unfortunately stinko... Just happened to me this update (2nd week), and i didn't get about 3500 xp that i should have... I put in a ticket, of course, but i'm not holding my breath... There needs to be a better way to contact CSR's for urgent issues like this... Or they simply need CSR's who actually DO something...

LOL 2 days i been waiting 8 days 4 some 1 2 answer my ticket now the 1st week no xp the 2nd week no xp or updated city, i'm owed 7500 xp
